Club Nights

Our club night is every Wednesday evening between October (start of Term 4) and April (end of Term 1) with a break for the Christmas and New Year holidays.  Please check the calendar for the actual start and end dates.

Juniors (1-6)

Start at 5pm and can take 30-60 minutes to complete their events.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and help setup equipment if needed. Your little athlete will need to be stamped in. This is for ensuring they have come along in the correct uniform (t-shirt and plain black shorts). Points are awarded for correct uniform.

For the smooth running of events we will require parents to assist in all aspects of the events.  This could be managing the age group, taking measurements, raking the sand, retrieving the throwing equipment, and of course keeping the kids happy, motivated, and excited to be participating with their friends.  When parents help, the events run smoother. Your support is essential. Thank you.

Seniors (7-14)

Start at 6pm and can at times take over an hour to finish their events.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.  Please help put equipment away after your last event.  We welcome senior athletes to sit in with junior groups and assist them in their events. Senior groups will be awarded uniform points by the age group manager (parent volunteer). It is important that we foster a spirit of pride in our club through our uniform.

For the smooth running of events we will require parents to assist in all aspects of the events.  This could be managing the age group, taking measurements, raking the sand, retrieving the throwing equipment, and of course keeping the young athletes on task, motivated, and excited to be participating with their friends.  When parents help, the events run smoother.
